We accept:
Medicare – Wellness Life Systems is an approved Medicare provider of diabetic testing supplies. We accept Medicare Assignments. We will assist you by completing and filling all of the insurance forms.
Supplementary Private Insurance – We accept most private insurance plans in all 50 states with the exception of HMOs.
- Upon receipt and verification of your insurance information, we will contact you to let you know if we work with your insurance plan and if there will be any cost to you. Medicare covers 80% of your testing supply cost and most private insurance plans pay the remaining balance.
- After we verify insurance we will work with your doctor to obtain a Physicians Order from you doctor. We will ship your first 90-day supply to your home. You should receive this within 3 to 5 days from shipping.
- We will call you to make sure that you received your order and answer any questions you might have.
- Following, we will contact you every 90 days to review your supply needs before shipping your next order.
